Today I want to share with you a simple bodyweight AMRAP for burning fat while building muscle. I love the flexibility of using workouts that can be done anywhere and that are quick.
Being a busy parent and I am sure lots of other parents can relate, finding the time to exercise can be hard. This is where the flexibility of bodyweight training can come in.
This week I wanted to share another of my workouts that all our active members at our Group Training in Essendon get access to when they can't make training.
This workout is simple, short and effective and has ways to progress or regress depending on your level so parents can get in a short and effective workout.
