If you are interested in trying our Small Group Training or Personal Training, take advantage of our trial sessions (group) or free movement assessment (PT) and attend a range of sessions we offer over the course of a week and then jump into one of our memberships.
Sessions include High-intensity training, Fitness Boxing, and Strength.
Our standard group training memberships are billed a month in advance; they can be cancelled at any time. You also get additional benefits when you sign up for a membership:
*All Small Group Training is billed every 4 weeks.
*All Personal Training is billed every 4 weeks.
1x/week (4 sessions) - $220
2x/week (8 sessions) - $420
3x/week (12 sessions) - $600
*For every extra person (up to 4) we add $25 for semi-private.
