Small Group training keeps you motivated and working hard. Working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. Each day, we’ll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of all fitness methods, including Strength, Fitness Boxing and HIIT.
Our classes are challenging, but achievable for all fitness levels. We have a wide range of people training at JOLT Fitness and want everyone to get a great workout and have the opportunity to work on their health and fitness. We always provide exercise progressions and regressions so it can work with your ability.
