This week I wanted to share a basic mobility warmup routine you can use for your workouts outdoors, at home or the gym.
This warmup up video is part of a whole bunch of warmup, mobility and at home workout videos our active clients get access to as part of their membership.
As we get older the required time to warmup does increase and I believe it�s important to start with 5 min or so of soft tissue and foam rolling work (click here for a foam rolling routine) before getting into some mobility/dynamic stretching work like in this video along with some basic aerobic work.
