Brad has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a strong passion for Health and Fitness Brad dedicates his life to staying fit and helping others to do the same whilst reaching their goals and changing their lives. Coming from a Military background Brad holds the values of Honesty, Integrity and respect close to him and his business is run with these same values.

Brad has run & designed numerous Boot Camps, Boxing Fitness Classes, Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training programs for Weight loss, Strength Training, and General Fitness. He has worked closely with the Muscular Dystrophy association training both the president and his son for preparation for their recent charity trek to Nepal and also raises funds and awareness for cancer for the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Brad’s training style is one of power through positive reinforcement and he doesn’t believe yelling and screaming is required to get amazing results. He also believes boxing is one of the best ways to get fit, tone up lose weight and have FUN, he is an expert pad holder and boxing & kick boxing instructor. Boxing forms a major part of Jolt Fitness Boot Camps in order for clients get amazing results whilst having loads of FUN.
